Step 1 – Navigate to the official POF website. The link is as follows: http://www.pof.com.
Step 2 – Log in to your Plenty of Fish account by entering the correct email address and password.
Step 3 – Now, click on the ‘Help’ button at the top of the screen.
Step 4 – Explore the list of options available there and along the left-hand side of the screen, you will find an option that reads ‘Remove profile, click on that option.
Step 5 – Click the link under the heading ‘To delete your POF profile’.
Step 6 – Now, fill in your username, password and your reason for leaving.
